Receiving an error message?
So sorry you’re experiencing technical issues! Here’s a quick troubleshooting guide:
- Ensure you’re connected to wi-fi or cellular data. Some features may not be available without a connection to the internet!
- Suspend (close out) the app and re-open (i.e. from your iPhone Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen, navigate to Zeera, and quickly swipe upwards)
- Log out of your account and log back in (tap the menu on the top right, go to Settings, and scroll all the way down to log out)
- Delete the app from your phone and re-download it from the App Store
