We completely understand that Zeera isn’t always the perfect fit. Please ensure your membership is set to cancel if you don’t want to receive any future billing.
Website: If you signed up for your membership via the website, you can contact member support at billing@zeera.com. Please note why you are requesting a refund.
App store: You can get assistance for a refund by contacting Apple Support. Please see this support article for details. Zeera is unable to offer refunds for membership purchased through Apple. So sorry for this inconvenience!
Google Play store: You can get assistance for a refund by contacting Google Support or emailing member support at billing@zeera.com. Please see this support article for details.
