How are memberships billed?
Memberships are billed to the payment method provided when the membership is activated and are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing period, either monthly or annually.
Website: If you signed up via our website, you will be charged with the payment method you entered at the time of purchase. If you are unsure about this, please contact member support at billing@zeera.com.
Apple: If you signed up via the Apple Store, you will be charged with the primary payment method on your iTunes account.
Google: If you signed up via the Google Play Store, you will be charged with the primary payment method on your Google Play account.
If you signed up with a code from your employer, you won’t be charged personally. If you have any issues with your Zeera for Work credentials, reach out to billing@zeera.com.
